Passport/ID copy for an authorised individual that will sign off a contract with PPRO.
Would the signatory(ies) to the contract not be the same Director as the one verified, identification and verification (ID copy) will be required on signatory(ies) as well as the proof that they have the authority to commit the company and instruct PPRO (e.g. power of attorney)

4) Residential address verification:

Please provide one of the following for proof of residential address for at least one Director (the one signing the contract) and all UBOs listed in the PPRO Referrer Merchant Registration Form. The document must be issued within the last 90 days and must contain the full name of the individual.

Utility bills (e.g. gas, electricity, water, satellite television, landline phone bill- NOT mobile phone). Reminders and arrears letters are not acceptable;
Bank/credit card statement (must be issued by a regulated financial sector firm);
Mortgage Statement (must be issued by a regulated financial sector institution);
Tax assessment (must be from the tax, financial or government authority responsible for a current home address);
Tenancy Agreement (must be issued by Solicitor, Local Council or reputable letting agency. Document issued by a private landlord is not acceptable).
