Each CartDNA payment application requires a one-time licence fee per payment method you wish to integrate with your Shopify store.

This fee ensures your store receives the necessary support and technical reliability to go live smoothly with your preferred payment provider.

2. Transaction-Based Fees

A percentage-based transaction fee applies to all successful transactions processed via each CartDNA payment app.
These transaction fees are critical to covering platform maintenance and mandatory partner charges, including Shopify transaction fees that CartDNA is obligated to pay.

3. Invoicing and Reporting

All transaction fees are invoiced monthly.
Merchants will receive a detailed breakdown of all successful transactions processed through the app during the billing period, enabling full transparency and easy reconciliation.

4. Terms & Fee Agreement

Before activating any payment method, merchants are required to:

 • Acknowledge the applicable licence fee and transaction fee structure

5. Fee Collection Policy

CartDNA enforces a strict fee collection policy to maintain platform integrity:

• All outstanding transaction fees must be paid promptly.

• Delays in fee payment may result in your CartDNA account being placed on hold until dues are cleared.
